Among the rolling hills of North Texas (near Forestburg, Texas) is where owners Dale and Linda Hudspeth have their ranch.  Dale is a lifelong rancher and cattleman and a fourth generation rancher.  They use no hormones, growth promoters, or antibiotics of any kind and use ‘natural’ methods of production for their grass and soils such as fish oils, microbials,  minerals, etc.  They believe that healthy soils and grass make healthy animals. They have always carried fantastic beef products but are now announcing that they are adding Pastured Chicken to their line-up.  These chickens have never been given any drugs or hormones and graze on new grass each day.  They will have whole chickens from 4.5 to 6 lbs. each.
