The Kettle Corn Company is a locally-owned family business in Grapevine, Texas. They cook their kettle corn fresh, using only the best ingredients on the market. They use a mushroom popcorn that makes perfect kettle corn every time! Making their product even better, they use no preservatives and their "original" kettle corn is gluten/soy free. Their original kettle corn (sweet and salty) consists of mushroom popcorn, corn oil, sugar, and salt. While their original "sweet and salty" kettle corn is the most popular, they also offer kettle corn in various flavors, such as Caramel, Tutti-Frutti (pink cherry, blue raspberry, green apple), Strawberry, Jalapeno, and Hatch Chile. They also offer gourmet popcorn in White Cheddar, Cajun Cheddar and Dill Pickle!
Everyday, twice a day, they milk their cows---jerseys, jersey/holstein crosses, and holsteins. Their cows spend their entire day out on pasture enjoying the sunshine. The good milk they produce sells as Grade A raw milk and the rest is made into cheese---fresh mozzarella, cheddar, colby, Monterrey jack and pepper jack.
